I just wanted to say than you to everyone who e-mailed with messages of hope and support. Especially you Denise!!! My best friend and I have been friends for 26 years! We had some time when we went our seperate ways, but in all honesty, I thought about her every single day. She is like family to me...and her mom is literally a mother to me. It feels so great knowing how excited she is about our baby and that she is going to share our joy.
We are down to nine days on the "countdown" and today we even got new pictures of the boy we are supposed to be adopting! He is sooooo handsome! Little cutie pie - I am just going to have to eat him up from head to toe :-)
My hubby is getting really excited and it is pretty darn cute! We may meet our son on Valentine's Day!!!

I actually got goose bumps when you said you recieved new pictures! I remember how I felt each time we got new ones, it was the greatest feeling...9 more days, they will most likely feel like an eternity, but when you have your son, 9 days seem like a second.
Can't wait until you get there and meet your guy!

that would be so awesome for you to meet him on Valentines day. It makes it so much more of a special day for you. I know Christmas will always be special in our house because of seeing K again that day right before court.
