The judge heard from many people in court. Axana, from the Ministry of Education, testified, the director of the baby house, all of the caregivers, and the psychologist. Inna did not come to court because she is not feeling well because of her pregnancy.
The next court date is the 30th. There are still many more people to testify. The judge told Inna's POA that she must be there the 30th. Where things go from there - we have no idea. We have far more questions than answers.

I will pray that Inna does not show up again....the more she stays away,the better it looks for you and Joe to get Stephen....praying you will get answers.....I know the waiting is awful.

Well, hopefully Inna will not show up on 5/30...that would be good for you and Joe as far as being advocated for being Stephen's parents. re: your friend and her mom...some are really unable to handle the hard times of life...you recoginize what type of friend they are, and expect nothing more...some are for coffee/tea/lunch, some are for going thru hard times. It really depends. You do need to try and nuture yourself...as hard as it is, and the big "why"??? we may never know this side of heaven. Hope that you have some favorable news soon...Karla
Ugh! So sorry this has to be drug out so long. Praying for it all to be over soon.
Do you know if they will keep dragging court out if she doesn't show up? Just wondering how long they'll let this go on, for Stephen's sake.

Sorry you didn't get more information today. It sucks that it's another couple weeks before anything more happens. Has anyone given you any updates on how Stephen is doing? The three of you remain in our thoughts, hearts and prayers!!!

Inna not showing up is probably a good thing for you. All of the people you listed are definitely on your side. Surely, the judge will recognize that. I'm sorry that more information was not given and that there is more waiting. Hang in there!
