This is a link to an excellent resource for PAP's in the research stage. If any agency you query is annoyed by your questions, brushes you off, or treats you as though you are a moron and just don't know "how things are" in that country - RUN! Do not work with an agency that never seems to have answers! You need to know your agency will be acountable for their actions AND the actions of their facilitators in the country!
